🤔 Do you date someone for a week and assume you know everything about them and give up? Or get married after a week?
🤔 Do you go to school for one month out of your whole life and come out knowing all you need to know?
🤔 Do you learn the piano/guitar/singing {insert anything} for a week and expect to be Mozart?
 
SO WHY DO YOU DO THIS WITH YOUR HEALTH???🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
 
Believe me, I KNOW this isn’t easy.
 
I’m crazy “busy” too🙄, and I DEFINITELY do not always feel like exercising and eating well!
 
It’s not about doing it ALLLLL the time, it’s about living healthy and being active.
