I saw this floating around Facebook and I had to share it because I know lots of people who do this.

It’s funny because it’s true.

These days people are so picky when it comes to ‘healthy’, and when in reality they don’t even think about health when they’re chowing down on a Mars bar.

People are quick to jump off a health challenge because it’s not manageable, but if it were a french fry eating competition they would have no trouble.

We like to give ourselves a reason not to stick with the right choices.

As you’ve heard me say before there’s simply no reason that your relatively healthy, non-seriously injured person can’t have a lean, healthy, and strong body.

Because it truly is a choice.

So, the next time you find yourself or someone else questioning how healthy a ‘healthy’ food really is, stop and remember that we need to quit looking for reasons why we can’t or shouldn’t, and commit to doing what we know is right.

What are your thoughts? Let me know…
